2014 Training Plan

One day removed from the MoRunning 10k & a lazy Sunday has given me an opportunity to put together some plans for the first half of 2014.

The aim for 2014 is to finish the Helsinki City Run with a sub 1:50 half. With this in mind the 26 week plan includes:
10 parkrun events
71 hill sprints
3 10k events
2 half marathons
1 10 mile event

The plan also includes plenty of rest! Here's hoping the calves don't betray me!
